Here we create clarity
There is a decision to be made. Privately or at work. You need to get some fresh air. Get some clarity. Think afresh. Maybe you ask yourself, what's the point?
"All the world's a stage," wrote Shakespeare in As You Like It. That's right. And that's what this is all about. This is about your stage in the world, this is about
You and what you still have ahead of you.
What is important to you there? What is important to you? And who are you there? What do you decide on and what does that look like in concrete terms?
You are not at the mercy of cause and effect. Cause the effect. Reach for the stars. Bring the future into the now.
How does that work?
Relational and simple.
I would be happy to discuss the next steps with you without obligation. Free of charge, but never for nothing.
You have a concern that involves aspects of coaching and training. A person or situation that challenges you, a tricky conversation that is coming up, an overdue change that you now want to tackle.
For this, it would be helpful to share with someone who asks you the important questions and then try yourself out in the situation, practise the upcoming conversation to feel empowered and confident.
When we live the relational attitude, we assume that things are not "the way they are", but that they are the way we see them, the way we shape and experience them. Which means: We can also shape and experience them differently by deliberately taking other perspectives and looking at our subject from other positions.
And this is exactly what is to be achieved in relational coaching and in staff support: There, it is about thinking and shaping things in a new and different way again and again in order to achieve the required results or to find solutions to upcoming central questions.
"Reality is created in the relationship we build between ourselves and our respective environments."
